I would like to live in a world in which there are no homosexuals,  but I suppose Paradise is thronged with them.    -John Cheever

Thank God Cheever never lived to see the David Barton Gym on a Wednesday night!

John Cheever was the quintessential closeted bard of  suburban ennui.  Below is an interesting link to a 2009 article by Colm Tóibín on Cheever, and a survey of a recently published biography about Cheever titled  “Cheever: A  Life.”

Tóibín’s  article cannily encapsulates Cheever’s  uneasy relationship with his suburban  surroundings, his family and his  sexuality.

The article can be found  here.

I do believe all the concepts you have presented for your post.
They are very convincing and will certainly work.

Still, the posts are too short for novices. Could you
please lengthen them a bit from next time?
Thank you for the post.

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles?
I mean, what you say is important and everything. Nevertheless think of if you added some great pictures or video clips
to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent
but with images and video clips, this blog could definitely be
one of the most beneficial in its niche. Great blog!
